We enter in Memphis Barbecue Association and Kansas City BBQ Society sanctioned contests. In our first Memphis Barbecue Association event, we took 9th place in Chef's Choice Pork and 10th place in Ribs. In KC events, we took 2nd place in Chicken, 2nd place in Chicken Wings, 5th place in Ribs and 7th place in Brisket.  We have placed 1st in Ribs and 1st in Best Sauce in a South Carolina Competition.
