ChefHerb Productions, Inc. was created in April 2007 by C. E. C. Herb Tesh with the main school of thought and frankly speaking, to get out of the bureaucracy of being just another corporate chef in “good ol’ corporate America”. 

After establishing the proper vision, the decision was made to actively pursue opportunities to deliver “Down Home Cuisine” to businesses and organizations throughout Charlotte, NC.

Our “recipe for success” is to specialize in one thing and do that one thing better than anyone else.  In essence our goal is to become the leader in what this city has been long looking for; quality southern comfort foods delivered with a Certified Executive Chef’s personal touch.
