• Catering- We offer a full menu of catered foods.  We offer comfort food like our award winning, hand-crafted bbq, low country shrimp and grits, fish frys and hor d' oeuvres or if you prefer a more formal dining experience, we can do gourmet or international cuisine.  Please see our catering packages.

• Competitions- We enter and compete in BBQ competitions for local restaurants as well as "Big Herb's Smokin BBQ".  If you want to know if your Que is award winning; get in touch and maybe we can get you some banners for your restaurant like we have done for other clients.  We enter in Memphis Barbecue Association and Kansas City BBQ Society sanctioned contests.

• Concessions- We operate this portion of our business as "Big Herb's Smokin BBQ".  We offer true Carolina pulled pork with our Signature "Piedmont" Sauce that will have you wanting more.  Check our schedule and come see us if you haven't had it already.

• Cooking Classes- We currently offer cooking classes at York Technical College in Rock Hill, SC.  We will have classes in the winter and spring on cooking award winning bbq and so much more.  Please call us to register for the classes and find out more about the York Tech classes at: www.yorktech.com/community/Cooking.htm or choose to have a personal chef lesson in your home.  Contact us for more info.
