Service Options

Full Service

$80.00 per server per event (4 hour maximum). 

Last Minute Requests

They happen and we fully understand.  If you can be a little flexible concerning your main meat selection, we will be happy to be of service at NO EXTRA CHARGE.

Special Dietary Needs

Our staff is happy to prepare special dishes for your quests with special dietary needs.  Advance notice is required.  Simply let your service coordinator know the specifics when placing your order.

Site Inspections

We prefer to familiarize ourselves with your surroundings prior to your event.  We will arrange a time to meet and briefly guide you through our pre-event set-up and actual event timelines.  Many of our clients are repeat customers and will only go through this process once per venue.  No fees are charged for these site inspections as it is required, as we see it, to give you the service your deserve.

Transportation Fees

There are transportation fees for events outside the Charlotte Area.

Payment Terms

Cash, Check, or Credit Card Payments upon delivery in most cases

A 50% deposit is required to reserve larger events (over 250)  

Balance paid upon delivery.

Additional Credit Terms for can be discussed on individual

 basis based on relationships, organization size, etc.  

Cancellation Policy

In the event that a cancellation is needed, please trust in the fact that ChefHerb Productions, Inc. will do everything possible to ease the situation.  Everything depends upon how much advance notice is actually given; your long term relationship is more valuable than anything else.  We're easy to work with, be fair to us and we will be fair to you.
